Jun Fukuda’s Jiji Roudan YouTube [talkd.jp] Talking with comedian Gori and film director Toshiyuki Teruya.

Comedian Gori has actually been making films as Teruya Toshiyuki for more than 10 years.
This time, Gori was so moved by “Bone Wash,” which he directed and wrote in 2019, that he allowed me to have a YouTube conversation with him.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the reversion of Okinawa to mainland Japan and Okinawa is once again the focus of attention, including NHK’s morning drama “Chimudo-don.

The “washed bones” depicted by Gori, a “returned child” born one week after the reversion to mainland Japan, is a first-class work based on Okinawa’s unique customs that appeals globally to the way families are and the way people live their lives.

Please take a look at the dialogue.
