All 11 million citizens of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, were subjected to PCR testing. (This is similar in scale to the 13 million people of Tokyo)

The balloon-tent PCR testing laboratory “Kagan” (fire eye) was built in 10 hours and was operational 11 hours later! That’s four days!
Of the total 1.025 million people tested, 354 were positive (139 infected, 197 asymptomatically infected, and 18 unknown).
