“Certificate of Immunization Against New Coronavirus Infections.”

The documentation needed to get this is a whopping 6 documents below! They say it will take until the end of the year to make it happen on an application basis.

And this certificate is for international travel, not for domestic stores or events! Why?

First…

– Download paper documents.

– Applications are mailed with a self-addressed envelope enclosed.

– The certificate will come by mail.

All paper!

And you have to buy your tickets for international travel before they’re amazing!

Usually (not ideally) you apply with the app, and a few minutes later you are approved in the app.

The certificate application can be used for travel, attending events, entering restaurants, etc., right?

Not …. This country is finished… (Methods vary from municipality to municipality)

Download and fill in the application form for issuance of vaccination certificate from the official website of the local government where you live.

Copy of passport

(3) Return envelope (stamped envelope with name and address)

(4) Copy of identification document (driver’s license, my number card, etc.)

(5) A copy of the vaccination record. (v) A copy of the vaccination record, or a copy of the side of the vaccination ticket that shows the vaccination ticket number and vaccination history.

(6) A copy of an airline ticket e-ticket or other document that confirms the date of departure to the destination country

Applications are accepted only by mail. It takes about a week from the time of posting to receive the application in the mail.
