Talked Dialogue 【Gaining a Sense of Teaching 】 (Part 1) Graduate School Professor Koji Mitani and Consultant Jun Fukuda
I rarely listen to other people’s lectures, but once I heard Mr. Mitani speak, I was immediately drawn in. I have never seen anyone who is so good at teaching others. He spoke to us about how he came to be such a good teacher.

Talked dialogue [Developing a “Sense of Teaching”] (Part 1)
Graduate School Professor Koji Mitani x Consultant Jun Fukuda
Mitani: “When I was in elementary and junior high school, I taught children who were behind in their studies. I taught them because they asked me questions, but I couldn’t teach them unless I understood what they didn’t understand, where they didn’t understand, and why. I also realized that it’s not enough to just know, you can’t teach people unless you understand everything from the mechanism.”
