アメリカ、特にロサンゼルスでは、自分を強く持っている人が多いので、どんな格好でも好きにして良いし、それぞれの個性を大事にすることができる。一方では、自由すぎて差別の幅が広がっているところもあるが…

でも、意見の違いについては徹底的に議論する。議論を避けないことも個人の考えを強くしているのかもしれないな。

もちろん、日本の生まれて日本のことが好きなので、この2つの世界を行き来して楽しめるのがベストと思っている。

I feel so ease in a society like the U.S., where there is no think about how someone feels.In Japan, you have to do something lest someone think you are. So there is little room for you to think independently.

In America, especially in Los Angeles, you have a strong ego, so you can dress however you want and don’t judge people as much as possible.

But we do discuss differences of opinion thoroughly. Not avoiding discussion also strengthens my personal views.

Of course, I was born in Japan and love Japan, so I think it’s best if I can enjoy going back and forth between these two worlds.
