Factfulness : I tracked the corona situation in Japan by the numbers!
Smitten with a picture of a drinker.
As I wrote the other day, why can’t the Japanese mass media report based on facts (facts)?
It’s not a scam driver, it’s a scam reporter.
The daily reports are that the number of corona-positive cases is on the rise! There is only monotonous reporting that What is the percentage of the population tested? What is the trend in the number of severely ill people? What are their age groups? Is the number of deaths also increasing very much?
The answer is below.
The number of seriously ill patients has been dropping since its peak in late May.
The number of deaths has also been dropping oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo since the vaccination started.
In the number of deaths by age group (surveyed on April 19, prior to vaccination of the elderly), those in their 70s and 80s accounted for 71% of the total. Not that old people should die, but young people hardly ever die from coronas. It’s no different than the flu at this stage, though.
Once the vaccination of the elderly is completed at the end of July, the numbers in this area are expected to decrease dramatically.
And by the way, the difference between the U.S. and Japan in the number of deaths in Corona (in terms of population) is only 1/18th, or 2.5% if you make a simple comparison! (15,020 vs. 608,115)
For some reason, the Japanese have a strong taste for Corona!
In the UK, this situation would be a situation of unmasking and social distance being lifted.
Pubs, restaurants, and karaoke are open for unlimited business.
Olympics, I’m not interested, but if you do it, people who have been vaccinated for two weeks are allowed to enter.
The government should provide a standard for when it is acceptable to take masks.
People, when you have the opportunity, keep vaccinating!
And I hope the day comes soon that the corona is less than the flu. The reality is that it is becoming so…. Maybe the problem is political decisions and the people.
