Profile: Deborah Medici-Getta

Born in Italy. Los Angeles-based artist working in the fields of photography, sculpture, and traditional crafts. She is a board member of We Do It Together (WDIT), a non-profit organization that produces film, documentary, television, and new media for women’s empowerment.

For International Women’s Day 2021, WDIT is releasing “One of Us,” a documentary about four Italian women who are challenging gender bias and discrimination in their professions.
