Go away, Laura” is a book by playwright Minoru Betsuyasu. It is the story of what happened after Tennessee Williams’ “The Glass Menagerie,” which inspired Eri Watanabe to take up theater. Laura and her mother, Amanda, were unable to leave their home. Then a funeral director, played by Matsuya Onoe, and a detective appear. It is a serious, mysterious, and comical work.
