Well, at the end of this month, we will hold a building raising ceremony. Traditionally, we are supposed to entertain the people involved with goat soup, but what shall we do?

Once the building is raised, construction should be able to proceed as planned, and although the November 20 completion date is three months later than the originally scheduled August 20 date, as long as everyone is safe and good things get done, it’s all good!

We’re aiming to open in January 2023!
