Mickey Curtis’ first solo art exhibition ends with a bang!

As many as 118 paintings were given in marriage to your homes. I have been a gallerist for about 20 years, but this is the first time I have sold more than 100 paintings in one exhibition.

There is love in Mickey’s drawings. I was convinced when Mr. Shinichi Hara pointed out to me that all the eyes of the animals in his drawings are Mickey’s eyes. Mickey is not drawing animals, but people.

Some of the visitors were not art collectors, but fans of Mickey’s or had heard about him on the radio or social networking sites. Some of them even started to cry. Some people were reminded of the dogs they used to have, and some were smiling. Everyone was enjoying the paintings freely. This is why I am a gallerist.

I am truly blessed to have this wonderful opportunity.
