I didn’t realize that Japanese tea goes so well with Western sake,

Japanese Black Tea with Brandy
Only first-grade tea produced in Shibushi City, Kagoshima Prefecture, is used.
Ichibancha means first flush in black tea, the highest rank in sencha, or the first sprout of the year.
Blended with a variety native to Japan, with a focus on “Benifuuki”.
